How long will it take to fullfill my order?
Each item is handmade and made to order by myself. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
What is your refund & exchange policy?
All sales are final, so please ask all questions before purchasing.
If there is an issue with your order, definitely reach out so we can discuss. If the item has to be sent back to me after discussion, you are responsible for shipping fees.
What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?
All items will be sent out with tracking (unless we discuss ahead of time). Please check with your local post office first since they will be better able to assist you than me.
If there are any problems with your address, USPS will return it to me, and I can fix the address and send it back to you as long as the shipping is paid by the buyer.
How should I care for my glass tumbler, stainless steel tumbler or apparel?
Glass Tumbler
- Hand wash only, using a cloth or soft sponge, no soaking
- Not microwave or dishwasher safe
- Safe for cold and hot drinks, but always check to see if the cup is too hot to drink from
- Avoid extreme temperature change (hot to cold or cold to hot)
Stainless Steel tumblers
- Hand wash only, using a cloth or soft sponge, no soaking
- Not microwave or dishwasher safe
- Safe for cold and hot drinks
Apparel
- Wash inside out with cold water, but handwashing is best
- Hang dry
